Robert Kocharyan Sues the Prison Service, Demands Lifting of Communication Restrictions
The second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, is demanding the lifting of restrictions on his visits. This was reported by Pastinfo.
According to the source, Robert Kocharyan has filed a lawsuit against the Armenian penitentiary service, demanding that there be no restrictions on his visits and phone calls, and also requiring the penitentiary service to lift the existing limitations.
The representative of the second president in the case is attorney Hayk Alumyann. The lawsuit was submitted to the court on June 2 and was registered by Judge Artzrun Mirzoyan.
