LIVE: The National Assembly Continues Its Work
The National Assembly of Armenia continues its regular sessions, with 47 items on the agenda. Notably, included in the agenda is the report on the activities of the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia for 2019, which will be discussed on June 1, during the second main session of that Monday.
Other items on the agenda include: amendments and additions to the constitutional law "Electoral Code of the Republic of Armenia" along with accompanying draft laws; the annual report on the activities of the Television and Radio Commission for 2019; the report on the activities of the Central Electoral Commission for the years 2018-2019; amendments and additions to the law "On Police"; amendments and additions to the law "On State Pensions"; amendments and additions to the law "On Medicines"; amendments to the law on banking secrecy of the Republic of Armenia; and amendments and additions to the constitutional law "Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia."
It is worth noting that immediately after the conclusion of the regular sessions convened on May 26, 2020, an extraordinary session of the National Assembly will be held.
