Court Hearing in Robert Kocharian and Others' Case Postponed
The court of general jurisdiction in Yerevan, presided over by Judge Anna Danibekyan, postponed today's session in the case regarding the overthrow of the constitutional order. The judge informed that a notice was received from the Izmirlian Medical Center stating that the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, is undergoing inpatient treatment and cannot attend today’s hearing.
Considering that the session cannot continue in his absence, today’s hearing has been postponed. The next session is scheduled for May 26 at 1:00 PM.
