Who are Mikhail Baghdasarov's Creditors?
The newspaper "Joghovurd" reports that a preliminary list of the creditors of well-known businessman Mikhail Baghdasarov has been published. It is known that Baghdasarov, who was once considered a close oligarch of Serzh Sargsyan and the owner of our country's national airline, was declared bankrupt on March 10 of this year.
According to the information received by "Joghovurd", VTB Bank Armenia is at the top of Baghdasarov's creditors' list, to whom he owes over 45,000 dollars. Incidentally, the second creditor on the list is the airline "Armavia," which he founded, with a debt amounting to over 6.6 thousand dollars equivalent in local currency.
Additionally, Baghdasarov owes the Sevan National Park State Non-Commercial Organization 280,000 drams. It should be noted that Baghdasarov also has a debt of approximately 73 million drams to a citizen named Vahe Khachatryan, who was the one to petition the court for Baghdasarov's bankruptcy declaration. Apart from these, the businessman also owes Biblos Armenia and HSB Bank.
"Joghovurd" has learned that the list of Baghdasarov's creditors is expected to grow further.
