51 Citizens Self-Isolated in Vardenis, Stricter Oversight in the City, Says Prime Minister's Spokesperson
51 citizens who had direct contact with a doctor infected with coronavirus have self-isolated in Vardenis. This was reported by Mané Gevorgyan, the spokesperson for the Prime Minister.
“The woman who has tested positive for the virus is a physician, and her contact circle has already been identified. All those who had direct contact with her—51 individuals—are currently self-isolated at home. Four family members of the physician are currently in Yerevan and undergoing testing,” Gevorgyan stated.
According to her, entry and exit to Vardenis have not been halted, but stricter oversight is being implemented.
