Minister of Defense's Psychological Support Department Head Dismissed
President Khachaturyan has signed a decree stating: “Based on the Prime Minister’s proposal, in accordance with part 1 of Article 133 of the Constitution, as well as part 3 of Article 40 of the Law on Military Service and the Status of Servicemen, to relieve Sergey Stepanyan from his position as the head of the Psychological Support Department of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.”
