Accident in Mushavan District: One of the Drivers Dies in Hospital

On April 16 at 15:25, the National Crisis Management Center received a report of a traffic accident in the 4th street of the Mushavan neighborhood in Yerevan, where cars had collided and there were casualties.

Two fire-rescue units from the Emergency Situations Ministry's Yerevan Rescue Department were dispatched to the scene.

It was found that an "Opel Astra G" (driver: Onik A., born in 1993) and a "Lexus" (driver: Garik H., born in 1981) had collided.

Before the rescuers arrived, the drivers and a passenger in the "Lexus," Suren B. (born in 1982), were hospitalized at Erebuni Medical Center. Garik H. and Suren B., after receiving the necessary medical assistance, were discharged, while Onik A. passed away after surgery.
