Court Rules on Serge Sargsyan's Case
The Court of Appeals has rejected the defense's request to lift the preventive measure against the third President of Armenia, Serge Sargsyan. This information was provided by the Public Relations Department of the Prosecutor General's Office.
According to the decision of the Court of Appeals, the preventive measure selected for Serge Sargsyan—his obligation not to leave the country—will not be lifted, as stated by the Prosecutor's Office to HJ.
