Video: 36-Year-Old Man Disassembles Pipes in Dilijan with Intent to Steal
In the Dilijan Police Department, reports were received that pipes were disassembled near one of the gas stations on Tbilisi Highway in Dilijan for the purpose of theft. On April 11, a citizen invited to the police reported that 17 pipes, measuring 70-80 meters in total, were dismantled from his property at a production water purification site, causing material damage of 350,000 AMD.
Through operational-investigative measures by the staff of the Dilijan police, it was determined that a 36-year-old man disassembled the pipes using a welding machine and attempted to steal them. The police have identified him. As a result of explanatory work, the man presented himself to the police and provided a confession. Materials are being prepared regarding the incident.
