Citizen Falls into Kasakh Gorge

On April 14 at 5:29 PM, the National Crisis Management Center received a report that a citizen had fallen into the Kasakh Gorge near the Saghmosavank Monastery complex.

A team from the regional rescue service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, along with an operational group, was dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers retrieved Violeta B. (born 1989) from the gorge and carried her to the ambulance on a stretcher. The injured individual was hospitalized at a medical center in Ashtarak.
