Tragic Car Accident: One Dead, Three Injured

On April 10, a tragic car accident occurred in the Kotayk region. Around 21:30, the driver of a Mercedes CLS with transit number 31 33-19 IA, in yet-to-be-determined circumstances, veered into the opposite lane on 3rd Street of Zoravar Andranik in the city of Hrazdan, colliding with the concrete wall of a partially constructed building and breaking it.

According to reports from the scene by shamshyan.com, four individuals were extracted from the vehicle by bystanders and were swiftly transported to the Hrazdan Medical Center by a team of emergency doctors who arrived at the site.

On the way, one of the injured, a young girl, sadly passed away without regaining consciousness. A criminal case has been initiated by the investigative department under Article 242, Part 2 of the Armenian Criminal Code (traffic accident causing death through negligence).

The police and investigative department are working to identify the driver, the deceased, and the injured individuals.
