Universal Quarantine Declared in Georgia
A universal quarantine has been declared in Georgia. This information comes from the Facebook page of the Armenian Embassy in Georgia.
Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia announced during an emergency press conference that the quarantine decision will come into effect on March 31 at 08:00 AM. Headquarters will be established across the country to monitor the quarantine regime.
According to the provisions of the universal quarantine:
- It is forbidden to leave homes from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Individuals aged 70 and older are completely prohibited from leaving their homes.
- Gatherings of more than three people are banned in any public place, except for pharmacies and grocery stores.
- Everyone leaving their homes during permitted hours must carry an ID.
- A maximum of three people is allowed in a vehicle, with two seated in the back seat.
