Tigran Abrahamyan Draws Attention to Social Media Allegedly Managed from Azerbaijan

A social media profile under the Armenian name Valeri Avetisyan appears to be a compromised account likely managed from Azerbaijan. This profile has been particularly 'reactivated' in recent days and is spreading false information about the coronavirus situation in Armenia and Artsakh. This was reported by Tigran Abrahamyan, an advisor to the President of Artsakh, on his Facebook page. Previously, this profile focused on disseminating obvious fake news against military personnel and individuals associated with the armed forces.

Moreover, similar compromised profiles can be found in numerous groups from Armenia, Artsakh, and the diaspora, where there is no shortage of such accounts.

I am bringing this and similar pages to the attention of the relevant authorities, as they are currently disseminating panic, obvious lies, and deceptive content.
