Confirmed 26 Cases of Coronavirus in Armenia, Including One in Meghri from a Returnee from Italy
Armenia has reported 3 more confirmed cases of coronavirus, two of which are linked to the "Echmiadzin" case and were isolated from the beginning. The other case has been recorded in Meghri, involving a citizen who recently returned from Italy.
This was announced by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Armenia, Arsen Torosyan. He stated, "We have 3 more confirmed cases, two of which are related to the 'Echmiadzin' case and had been isolated from the start. The other case has been recorded in Meghri, involving a citizen who recently returned from Italy. In total, we currently have 26 confirmed cases. To date, 577 tests for the new coronavirus have been conducted. Currently, 300 citizens are in isolation. Contacts of the new case are being identified for isolation. Another update will be provided today."
