Names of Candidates for Constitutional Court Members Revealed

According to the provisions of parts 4 and 5 of Article 76 of the Constitutional Law on the Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia, notifications were sent on February 27 of this year by the head of the Judicial Department to 9 judges of the Civil and Administrative Court of Cassation who have the right to be elected as members of the Supreme Judicial Council.

The Civil and Administrative Court of Cassation has received 5 applications regarding the candidates for the member of the Supreme Judicial Council, requesting their names to be excluded from the ballot.

The names of the following 4 judges will be included in the ballot for the vacant position of a member of the Supreme Judicial Council:
