A Rector from Abroad Has Arrived: Araik Harutyunyan

The Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, Araik Harutyunyan, has posted a video on his Facebook page, stating: "A rector from abroad has arrived. Rustam Sahakyan, who has operated outside the borders of Armenia for many years and has continuously sought to return to his native Vanadzor to serve the homeland with his acquired experience, was elected as the rector of Vanadzor State University yesterday. I congratulate Rustam Sahakyan and express my confidence that, using his connections and opportunities, the new rector will transform Vanadzor State University into a regionally developing and forward-looking institution of higher education."
