Why the Authorities Benefit from Not Revealing Real Crimes: Lusine Haroyan

Co-chair of the "National Accord" Lusine Haroyan wrote on her Facebook page: "About today's theater: Numerous illegalities were committed during Serzh Sargsyan's tenure, from which many criminal cases could be initiated. Also, the falsification of the results of the constitutional 'reforms' of 2015 represents an illegal seizure of power, which is a grave crime against the state.

Furthermore, the steps taken during Serzh Sargsyan's era towards football diplomacy with Turkey without preconditions were essentially attempts to legitimize illegal agreements regarding the seizure of Armenian territories between Atatürk's Turkey and Bolshevik Russia, which constitutes state treason. In light of such crimes, Serzh Sargsyan is now being judged for supposedly selling a bitumen to someone. Why does the current government benefit from not revealing actual crimes and punishing the guilty?"
