Director of the Republican Center for AIDS Prevention Dismissed from Position

The director of the Republican Center for AIDS Prevention has been replaced. This information is reported by the press secretary of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia on their Facebook page.

“By the order of the Minister of Health, the employment contract of Samvel Grigoryan, the director of the Republic of Armenia’s State Non-Commercial Organization 'Republican Center for AIDS Prevention', has been terminated on the grounds of unsatisfactory performance of job responsibilities. By another order from the Minister, Arthur Berberian has been appointed as the acting director of the center. A fixed-term employment contract has been signed with him until the vacancy of the director's position is filled in accordance with the law. The acting director will be responsible for fulfilling the requirements of the Government's decision No. 77-A dated January 30, 2020,” the post states.
