83 Individuals with Mild Symptoms Tested for Coronavirus in Armenia
In Armenia, 83 individuals with mild symptoms have undergone laboratory testing for the coronavirus, with all results returning negative. This was announced by Artavazd Vanyan, the head of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention at the Ministry of Health, during a meeting with reporters.
Vanyan stated that since January 24, more than 2000 individuals have been monitored, with 83 hospitalizations reported. He noted, “Individuals who have arrived from China and exhibited even mild symptoms, such as a temperature of 37 degrees Celsius, have been hospitalized immediately, and examinations have been organized. All have been tested, and the results were negative.”
He added that there are currently individuals under supervision.
