Human Rights Defender Visits Military Units in Artsakh
The Human Rights Defender of Armenia, Arman Tatoyan, visited military units in Artsakh during his recent trip. He shared about this in a Facebook post.
“Yesterday we visited military units. Individual talks were held with the soldiers, and detailed discussions were conducted with military personnel and officers regarding medical services, disciplinary procedures, and moral-psychological issues,” he wrote.
