I Welcome the NSS's Response to My Call: Levon Kocharian

Levon Kocharian, the son of Robert Kocharian, has addressed the data regarding the dissemination of calls for terrorism through fake accounts on his Facebook page. He stated, "I welcome the response of the National Security Service to my call, which I made a few days ago. After my post, I received information from various individuals about the user of the publication I specifically mentioned and their political connections. I hope that the NSS of Armenia is aware of these details."

It is noteworthy that today, information has been received by the NSS indicating that three users of various personal pages created with fictitious or real names on the Facebook social network have publicly made calls for terrorism in an open space between November 2019 and February 2020. They have also published caricatures that demean the honor and dignity of the authorities of the Republic of Armenia, high-ranking officials of the Republic of Artsakh, as well as the first and second Presidents of Armenia.

The investigative body is undertaking appropriate measures to clarify the connections of these users, to detect other criminal cases, and to neutralize potential threats.
