Eight Citizens Detained Administrative in Stepanakert to be Released

According to the Artsakh Police, based on Article 182 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, eight citizens were detained administratively in Stepanakert on February 20, 2020, at 18:55 for failing to comply with the legal demands of a police officer. They have been released after serving their designated detention period. This information has been reported by the Artsakh Police.

An administrative proceeding has been initiated for the failure to comply with the requirements outlined in Article 182 of the Code, which addresses the responsibilities of maintaining public order, ensuring public safety, and protecting property.
