Coronavirus in Iran: Iraq Closes Border with Iran
The Iraqi authorities have closed the border with Iran due to concerns over the spread of the COVID-2019 coronavirus. According to Reuters, the decision was made after two deaths related to the coronavirus were reported in Iran.
It is noted that the border will not be closed for returning Iraqis; however, upon return, they will be subjected to a two-week quarantine regime.
