Ruben Rubinyan Calls for Boycott of Referendum by Constitutional Court Staff Head

Deputy Ruben Rubinyan from the "My Step" faction wrote on his Facebook page: "Meet Edgar Ghazaryan, the former governor of Vayots Dzor province and now the head of the Constitutional Court staff. The head of the staff of the Constitutional Court, which is supposed to be a non-political body, considers the referendum unconstitutional and calls for its boycott. I thank the head of the Constitutional Court staff for making the existing issues around the Court more evident and for providing another reason for our citizens to say YES to the referendum."
