Ruben Melikyan Presents the First Ten Members of the 'No' Campaign Headquarters Initiative Group

This morning at 9:13 AM, the Central Election Commission (CEC) announced that it has received a registration application for the 'No' campaign, as reported by the CEC secretary Armen Simbatyan on their Facebook page.

Following this announcement, Ruben Melikyan, co-founder of the NGO 'Legal Path' and former Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, introduced the ten members of the 'No' campaign headquarters initiative group on his Facebook page.

"The first ten members of our initiative group are: Ruben Melikyan, Gohar Meloyan, Arsen Babayan, Elinar Vardanyan, Tigran Atanasyan, Astghik Matevosyan, Artak Asatryan, Siranush Sahakyan, Anahit Sargsyan, Arsen Mkrtchyan," Melikyan wrote.
