Putin Officially Dismisses His Assistant
Russian President Vladimir Putin officially dismissed Vladislav Surkov from his position as assistant on Tuesday, February 18. This was reported by the Kremlin's press service.
“Surkov Vladislav Yuryevich is dismissed from the position of assistant to the President of the Russian Federation,” states the decree. It is noteworthy that news about Surkov's dismissal had been circulating for about a month prior.
