Investigative Committee Welcomes Relatives of Deceased Soldier

The head of the Military Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia, Artak Krkyasharyan, met today with the relatives of conscript soldier Tigran Manvelyan, who died on February 12, 2020. This was reported by the Public Relations and Information Department of the Investigative Committee of Armenia.

During the meeting, the investigative and procedural actions being carried out in connection with the criminal case regarding T. Manvelyan's death were discussed. The relatives of S. Manvelyan expressed their concerns and observations regarding the incident.

A. Krkyasharyan assured them that all significant circumstances of the criminal case, which are of utmost importance and have raised concerns for the victims' legal successors, will be thoroughly investigated by the preliminary investigation body.
