Narek Sargsyan's Detention Extended
Narek Sargsyan, the nephew of Serzh Sargsyan, has had his detention period extended until February 14. In response to a question from Haykakan Zhamanak, his lawyer Arthur Pivazyan revealed that this decision was made by Judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan of the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, thereby granting the request of the investigator from the National Security Service.
It is noteworthy that on December 21, he was transported to Armenia from the Czech Republic under escort by police officers, after which the court approved the request to reaffirm the detention measure against him.
