Ilham Aliyev Has Stuck to the 19th Century in His Thinking, Ruben Rubinyan

The Deputy of the "My Step" faction in the National Assembly of Armenia and the chairman of the permanent committee on foreign relations, Ruben Rubinyan, writes on his Facebook page:

“Pashinyan spoke about the present and the future, while Aliyev focused on a distorted and falsified past. Pashinyan spoke about people and security, while Aliyev spoke about territories. I believe it became clear once again in Munich that Ilham Aliyev, in his way of thinking, has remained in the 19th century at best. I especially liked Prime Minister Pashinyan's point that if, according to Aliyev, the conflict has a military solution, then the Armenians of Artsakh can rightly and confidently state that they have already resolved the conflict themselves.”
