New Regulations for Vehicle Inspections to Be Introduced
During a Q&A session in the National Assembly with the government, it was revealed that the government may implement some changes to the point system for road traffic rules. Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan stated that while they believe the principles are valid, the system is not perfect.
Avinyan also informed that the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures will soon present a new system for vehicle inspections. He did not provide further details.
Regarding a differentiated approach to the point system, Avinyan noted that a distinction could be made between personal vehicle drivers and public transport operators, but this still requires further discussion.
