We Will Do Everything to Have 100 New Buses in Yerevan by Autumn, Mayor Marutyan

In February, we are preparing to announce a tender for 100 buses, said Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan in a conversation with journalists, addressing the issue of modernizing the transport network.

"We hope and will do everything to ensure that the buses are in Yerevan by autumn. It’s just that even very reputable companies produce buses slowly," he said.

Marutyan also expressed his dissatisfaction with the city’s poor snow removal, assuring that such issues will not occur next year. He explained this stance by highlighting the readiness to purchase the appropriate equipment.
