Daniel Ioannissian, the founder and program coordinator of the NGO 'Civil Society Institute' and a member of the Public Council, posted on his Facebook page: "Without discussing the content of the Prime Minister's post, I would like to express hope that officials will not use position-related advantages, resources, and will not conduct these activities during work hours while campaigning. 'Yes', 'No', and abstaining should have equal competitive opportunities."
