Karen Sargsyan Appointed Chairman of the Water Committee by Nikol Pashinyan's Decision
The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, has decided to appoint Karen Sargsyan as the chairman of the Water Committee. This information has been reported by the press service of the Armenian government.
According to the statement, 'In accordance with part 7 of article 9 of the Law on Public Service of the Republic of Armenia, Karen Sargsyan has been appointed as the chairman of the Water Committee.'
It is noteworthy that prior to this appointment, the position was held by Vardan Melkonyan, who was relieved of his duties by a decision of the Prime Minister on January 9 of this year. Melkonyan had been in office since March 29, 2019.
