Video: Trump Refuses Handshake with Nancy Pelosi
On Tuesday, February 4, U.S. President Donald Trump refused to shake hands with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi before delivering his annual address to Congress.
As he approached the podium, Trump was handed a copy of his speech by a waiting Pelosi and Vice President Mike Pence. At that moment, the Speaker extended her hand towards the President; however, the leader of the White House did not accept the gesture, to which Pelosi responded with a smile.
