Davitt Movsisyan, Son of Arakel Movsisyan, Detained

In connection with the criminal case regarding the death of conscript Vahram Mkrtich's Avagyan, a detention measure has been chosen for the accused Davitt Movsisyan.

This was reported today, February 4, on the Facebook page of Naire Harutyunyan, the head of the Information and Public Relations Department of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

It is noted that Davitt Movsisyan is charged under Article 359, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of Armenia, which pertains to violating the rules of conduct among military personnel due to the absence of subordinate relations, leading to serious consequences through negligence.
