Judge Vahe Misakyan Accepts Criminal Case Against Serzh Sargsyan and Others

The judge of the Avan and Nor Nork judicial district of Yerevan, Vahe Misakyan, has accepted the criminal case against Serzh Sargsyan and others. This information was reported by Armenian Time from the judge's panel.

The date for the hearing has not yet been set. It should be noted that the pre-investigation of the criminal case was completed on January 10. A few days later, the Special Investigation Service announced that the case had been submitted with an accusatory conclusion to the supervising prosecutor for the purpose of submission to the court.

On January 29, the Prosecutor's Office confirmed the accusatory conclusions and sent the case to court.
