A Museum Dedicated to Legendary Armenian Spy to Open in Rostov-on-Don
A museum dedicated to the legendary Soviet spy of Armenian descent, Gevorg Vardanian, will open in Rostov-on-Don. The press service of the Armenian Consulate General in Rostov-on-Don informs that a location has been allocated for the museum in the city center, on Serafimovich Street.
Gevorg Vardanian was born in Rostov-on-Don and is an honorary citizen of the southern capital of Russia. In 2012, a star honoring Gevorg Vardanian was unveiled on the 'Walk of Fame.'
Hero of the Soviet Union, Gevorg Vardanian is one of the most famous spies in the USSR.
