Thieves of Payment Terminals Detected
On January 22, at 22:45, officers from the Central Police Division and the 1st Company of the Patrol Police Battalion detained an 18-year-old man and a 14-year-old minor on Tumanyan Street on suspicion of theft.
It was revealed that on the same day, between 19:30 and 20:00, they placed an object in the coin accepting section of a payment terminal located on Mashtots Avenue with the intent to withdraw coins; however, they did not complete the crime.
It was also discovered that they had committed thefts from payment terminals in the areas adjacent to Tumanyan Street and Cascade. Preparations are underway to document the materials.
