Car Crashes into Bus Stop at Margara Village Road
On January 22, at 16:56, a call was received at the 911 emergency hotline reporting that a car had collided with a bus stop shelter on the road of Margara village in the Armavir region, with injuries and a gas leak present.
A firefighting and rescue team from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. It was determined that a Honda CR-V, driven by 32-year-old Saro J., went off the roadway at the 6th kilometer leading from Echmiadzin to Margara village and struck the bus stop.
Before the rescuers arrived, the driver was taken to the Vagarshapat Medical Center by local means. The rescuers have shut off the valve of the gas cylinder and disconnected the vehicle's power supply.
