Accident on Sevan-Gavar Road
On January 16, at 21:09, the '911' service received information that an accident had occurred on the Sevan-Gavar highway, where a vehicle had veered off the roadway and ended up in a nearby ditch.
A crew from the Ministry of Emergency Situations’ Regional Rescue Department was dispatched to the scene. It was determined that the 'Mitsubishi Pajero' (driver: Misak U., born in 1972) had left the trafficable portion of the Sevan-Gavar highway near the 2nd kilometer mark and landed in a ditch adjacent to the roadside. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported.
Rescuers successfully pulled the vehicle back onto the road.
