  New-Nork 2nd District: Moldovan Street 2/3 and building 11/1 of Totovents Street and neighboring non-residential subscribers.
• Ararat Region:
  10:00-13:00 - Partial in the village of P’ok’r Vedi, partial on Shahumyan Street in the city of Ararat,
  10:30-13:00 - Partial in the village of Vostan,
  10:30-14:30 - Partial in the village of Aygep’at,
  14:00-16:00 - Partial on Abovyan and Griboedov Streets in the city of Ararat.
• Vayots Dzor Region:
  11:00-15:00 - Partial on Mikoyan Street in the city of Yeghegnadzor.
• Kotayk Region:
  10:00-12:00 - Village of Fantan, "Aeronavigation", "KarKor" and "A Kharratyan" gas stations, and mobile operators Veon Armenia, VivaCell-MTS, and Ucom and neighboring non-residential subscribers,
  10:00-16:00 - Partial in Jrvazhi "A" district.
• Shirak Region:
  10:00-16:00 - Youth Street in the city of Maralik, Ani Region,
  10:00-14:00 - Partial in the central part of Ashotsk village, Ashotik Region.
