Ararat Mirzoyan Announces Formation of Investigation Committee
According to Article 20, Part 1 of the Constitutional Law on the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, an investigative committee has been legally established to examine the processes of organizing land passenger transport in the Republic of Armenia, as well as the activities of the authorized bodies responsible for servicing, coordinating, and overseeing the sector from 2016 to 2019, based on the demand of at least one quarter of the total number of deputies.
In accordance with Part 6 of Article 20 of the aforementioned law, a draft decision defining the number of members in the investigative committee will be discussed during the upcoming National Assembly session on December 3, as noted in the statement by the President of the National Assembly, Ararat Mirzoyan.
