Suspect Arrested in Israel for Threatening Netanyahu on Social Media
The Israeli police have announced the arrest of a suspect accused of spreading threats against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on social media. According to Armenpress, this was reported by RIA Novosti.
“The Cybersecurity Division of the Israeli police arrested a man who is suspected of disseminating threats towards the Prime Minister and his family on social media. The suspect was apprehended this evening,” the police press service stated.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu contacted the police yesterday to report threats made against him on Facebook. He requested an immediate investigation.
