Arman Yeghoyan, a member of the "My Step" faction in the Armenian National Assembly, has shared details on his Facebook page regarding the now-historic "mystery" of the elevator in Dushanbe. He adds a nuance to the Prime Minister's comments made yesterday about this event.

"Aside from the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan and the head of the former's security service, during the 15 seconds it took to move from the third to the fourth floor of the Somon Palace, there were also Sergey Lebedev, the Chairman of the CIS Executive Committee, and Purli Aghamyradov, the Deputy Prime Minister of Turkmenistan. What a marvelous setup for weaving together the conspiracy of the century!"
