How Has Gluing to Asphalt Been Valued at 2.7 Million Drams? It Would Be Just to Return Taxpayers' Money to the State Budget and Self-Dissolve
Member of the National Assembly from the Prosperous Armenia faction, Naira Zohrabyan, wrote on her Facebook page:
"So, please sit quietly in your places. I kindly advise those who consider gluing to the asphalt in the public area of the Republic's metro, along with the crazy screams, as innovative art, an experimental reading of futuristic poetry, performance, and a modernist scream to just sit back: yes, you have the right to be vulgar, anti-aesthetic, unhygienic, and anti-cultural. That is your inviolable right. But you do not have the right to manifest your unhygienic and unhealthy instincts in public spaces.
And if certain incomprehensible individuals refer to their constitutional right to create freely, considering rolling on the asphalt as 'art', I remind them that by gluing to the walls in public places and terrorizing people with their mad screams, they are violating several international conventions related to human rights and especially children's rights.
The special commission of the ministry with a very long name, which financed that anti-aesthetic and unhygienic sublimation from taxpayers' funds, besides presenting a report on how gluing to asphalt was valued at 2.7 million drams, it would be just, it would be right for them to return taxpayers' money back to the state budget and dissolve themselves on the spot."
