Russians Have Preferred Music for Their Own Funeral Ceremonies
Residents of Russia have expressed their musical preferences for songs they would like to hear during their funeral ceremonies. According to a survey conducted by Yandex.Music, several preferred songs were identified that align with the tone of a funeral service. This was reported by РИА Новости.
In the survey, participants primarily chose performances by AC/DC and 'The Show Must Go On' by the band Queen. It is noted that 2,000 people aged between 18 and 63 participated in the survey. Additionally, 66% of respondents preferred different music, while 4% chose to say goodbye to earthly life in silence, and another 30% have never thought about it.
It is worth mentioning that no such survey has been conducted in Armenia, and it would be interesting to know what kind of music Armenians would prefer if a similar survey were to take place.
