Georg Kostanyan Fails to Appear at Special Investigation Service After Promised 20 Days
Former chief prosecutor Georg Kostanyan has not appeared at the Special Investigation Service (SIS). This was confirmed by SIS spokesperson Marina Ohanyan in response to Hetq's inquiry.
On September 26, the SIS announced that Kostanyan had been summoned regarding the March 1 case, stating he was abroad and would return within 15 to 20 days. Today is October 18, meaning more than 20 days have passed, but Kostanyan has not returned.
