«Zhamanak» newspaper reports: "While Arpine Hovhannisyan continues to search for corrupt officials within the current government, our attention has been drawn to the declaration of her mother, Anna Mkrtchyan, which she submitted during Arpine Hovhannisyan's time as a minister.

Anna Mkrtchyan, who previously served as the head of the Erebuni and Nubarashen Department of the State Committee for Urban Development, has declared that she manages property worth 40 million drams. However, it is noteworthy that the origin of this property remains unknown. In the previous years, specifically in 2013-2014, nothing was mentioned, and by 2016, it is already indicated in the declaration as income received from sales."
