Representatives of Lydian Armenia Request to Suspend Case Against Grigoryan by Jermuk Residents
In the Administrative Court of Armenia, presided over by Judge Artzrun Mirzoyan, the preliminary hearing continued today, October 17, in the case of Jermuk residents against the Minister of Environment, Erik Grigoryan.
During today’s session, Sayad Badalyan, a representative of Lydian Armenia, acting as a third party, requested the court to suspend the case until a decision is made on the ongoing criminal proceedings related to the operation of the Amulsar mine.
