Nikol Pashinyan Held Phone Conversation with Vladimir Putin
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has had a phone conversation with the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin. This was reported by the press office of the Government of Armenia.
The leaders of the two countries discussed the situation that has developed in northern Syria, following their conversation yesterday during the CIS summit in Ashgabat. Other regionally significant issues were also addressed.
“I just had a phone conversation with the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin. Yesterday, I appealed to him with a request that is crucial for the security of the Armenian community in Syria. I thank the President of Russia for his prompt response,” the Prime Minister wrote on his Facebook page.
